The tracking number may take 1 to 2 days to appear in the carrier’s system. Sometimes, a carrier may misplace an order. If the tracking number remains invalid after a few days, please contact the carrier.

Orders are usually shipped within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, shipping may take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.
