Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping:

Free for orders over MXN$ 1099.

Delivery takes between 8 to 12 days.

Orders placed outside regular business hours will be received the next business day. If you select next-day or 2-day shipping and your order is received before 2:30 p.m. PST, it will be shipped the same day. If your order comes after 2:30 p.m. PST, it will be shipped the next business day. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control. Examples may include, but are not limited to:

  1. The provided address is incorrect.

  2. The carrier confirms the package is lost.

  3. Delivery delays due to weather or other force majeure reasons.

  4. Other force majeure factors.

Return Shipping Fee:

  1. If the return is due to our fault, we will cover the return shipping fee.

  2. If there is no specific reason for returning the product, you will be responsible for all logistics costs during the return and exchange period.

Explanation of "Our Reasons":

  1. Quality issues.

  2. Incorrect products sent.

  3. Damage during the logistics process (in this case, we must provide evidence of the logistical damage in order to claim compensation from the logistics insurance).
