Damaged Items

Wait for confirmation that your item is damaged due to logistics or other reasons; typically, you’ll receive a response within 2 business days.
After receiving our suggestions for processing the issue, you must reply by email to accept our suggested solution. If you don’t agree, kindly reply stating your disagreement with the proposed solution and inform us of your appeal until a mutual agreement is reached.
You will receive a refund after confirmation.
No Reason for Return (30 Days)
We do not guarantee that the product will meet your expectations and recommend confirming the product’s effect with us before making payment.
We do not offer unreasonable returns for customized products. For return requests not related to product quality, you will be responsible for the logistics costs incurred for the return.
Please ensure that your product was purchased from this website and is unused, undamaged, and unaffected for resale. Contact us via email, briefly explain your situation, and we will provide you with the return address and instructions in the email. After receiving the returned products and confirming they meet the requirements, we will notify you by email and refund your payment to your account as soon as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
